OpenFace Day – 24 June 2026 @TU Delft

OpenFace Day – 24 June 2026 @TU Delft

OpenFace Day is hands-on showcase of new ideas shaping the future of façade design and engineering: from circular materials and adaptive systems to performance-driven prototypes and digital workflows.
We are also celebrating the launch of the Open Face MicroMaster, marking an exciting milestone for our community.
This will be a hybrid event. While it will take place onsite at TU Delft, the event will be livestreamed, allowing remote participants and audiences to follow and join the presentations in real time.
*More details on how to access the livestream will be shared closer to the date of the event.

Call for Pitches

Have you got an idea for an innovative façade system, material, digital tool, circular strategy, or performance concept?
We’re not looking for a patented product: we’re looking for bold, disruptive ideas that can inspire the OPENFACE community!

We invite you to submit your proposal.

Submission requirements:

  • A3 portrait poster (max. 10MB, in English), using the poster template provided: Template_Poster_OpenFace_OK
  • an abstract (50-100 words)
  • +3 keywords.

15 projects will be chosen to pitch online or onsite at TU Delft on 24 June 2026.
Selected participants will present their façade innovation in a 3-minute pitch: you may use slides, a poster, a prototype, or a combination.

The Best Pitch Award will be announced from 16 to 17.
